All bath bombs that are brought ready made and needing to be posted, I aim to get these out within 2 working days.

Any brought via wholesale you will be looking at up to a 21 working day turnaround, this does not include weekends or bank holidays. But I'm currently getting these out a lot sooner.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please make sure to take pictures on delivery. I can then assess the damage and get into contact with the delivery company. Depending on damage caused will depend on refund.
